I have no words to appreciate about how this lawyer is great 👍. My wife had a back injury long time ago like 13+ years and just today a friend asked me her lawyer when I checked my contact list I found James phone number and my eyes full of tears. I got this guy recommended by a friend, first of all, this “attorney” only talks to you once in the whole process of your claim, then the paralegal takes over and from then on is emails only if they happen to reply, my injury dates back to March 2021, they told me I’d see a doctor and they would evaluate the percentage of loss of my amputation, but without discussing the matters with me he agreed upon 50% loss which is what the surgeon asserted without even asking or examining the amputated limb.

if you’re looking for an attorney that really cares about you, look somewhere else, he’s very rude, unprofessional and set his paralegals as gatekeeper so you’re not annoying him with questions or doubts about your case.
he spoke to me thrice, last time he hanged up on me with the oh so professional line ” get another lawyer pal, see you later”.
don’t let these guy handle your case, you’ll regret it big time.

Mr. Swiger and his team are nothing but the best he talks to you in full detail about your case and they will work really hard for the client it’s been a few years since I’ve had my case but I can still reach out to him and his team and they will respond to any questions I have I can say nothing but great things about his firm and I don’t have any issues with sending anyone to him that’s been injured on the job 🙂
