I enjoyed the omelet 🥚🍳 and the 🥞 pancakes . The french toast was not what I expected it had very little flavor by itself. I do not recommend the french toast. The strawberry 🍓 compote was good with a lot of flavor, but typically, I like my French toast and pancakes with syrup only. I want to try a meal here for lunch or dinner.

Tried December special : short ribs slow cooked to perfection, carrots seared to golden and smooth smashed potatoes at the bottom. I like that kind of food specially in December before Xmas time, like a grandma’s house

I came to Big Spring to meet with a couple of the groups that I manage in Big Spring. Everyone recommended I stay at Hotel Settles and check out the grille. I went for breakfast and since I was in a bit of a rush I just got the French toast and boy was it good. Melissa my server was the sweetest. I just loved her upbeat and positive attitude so early in the morning.
I highly recommend this place.

Restored, old-school deli vibe. Quick service. Somewhat limited menu, but enjoyed a sandwich. The truffle parmesan fries with garlic aioli are worth the upgrade – they were the best!

We are staying at Hotel Settles… decided to eat at the restaurant… ordered steak and chicken.. both were excellent… nice presentation…. Service was great .. our waitress was Samantha… and the chocolate cake was awesome! Highly recommend!
