The atmosphere is very traditional and the aroma as you come through the door sets high expectations for the food coming from the kitchen. This is the first Mexican restaurant I have been to that I had to request chips and salsa although everyone who came in after us got them as soon as they sat down. The young lady who brought the chips felt it appropriate to chew her food as she drop our chips at the table. She also felt it acceptable to wear the same oversized latex glove to wipe tables and serve food, those things are disposable for a reason. Our actual server was very short with us, her demeanor was as if we were an inconvenience to her. Our drinks were never refilled and our food took 30 minutes to get to us. The quality and quantity were well worth what we paid. The price was fair. As much as we enjoyed the food we will not be here again due to the ridiculous service. As someone who worked the service industry for a long time it rubs me the wrong way to get service like this, normally we tip 40-50% but this woman didn’t deserve the 10 bucks we left her. The two ladies at the counter were very polite and friendly, they should teach the servers how to treat people.

This was our 2nd time here. Service was better the 1st time but food was on point and delicious. It is a very dark restaurant but good nonetheless. We will be back!

Visited this location with a party of 10, at first things seemed okay we were seated quickly, our server gave us menus and also took our drink order. After that, that is where the good experience ended, there were not many guests in the restaurant. It took a while for us to get our non-alcoholic beverages (Granted we ordered alot from the bar so realistically we know alcoholic beverages do take longer to get to us.) We ordered our food, and it was nothing short of bland. One of our guest in our party did not get their food until we were almost done eating. The waitress came back and asked how was everything to which we had to remind her of the missing entree. I do not believe I will be a returning guest due to this service.

I was craving for mexican food, fried beans to be specific. When browsing in google found this spot. I was not sure to come because it has a 3.7. But decided to give it a try.
The place is huge, and it has a bar in the middle. I did not try beverages since I was not in the mood. But in a future I will try some cocktail.
It was a nice surprise when we received our dishes. They were so pretty and hearty. And the flavors were amazing. I really enjoyed my food, beans tasted exactly how I imagined.
The place has the food. The only thing that I think need to improve is that the place doesn’t look very neat, and the reggeton music is not my favorite for lunch.
Twelfth Wave Tarot
Not sure what happened but this is how my food was delivered. Most of it was spilled and my tortillas were soaked and ruined. Then to top it all off I find a roach in my drink. I ended up throwing it all way yet they will only give me a partial refund. Terrible experience 😬
