The coupon they text to you requires a machine for them to use it properly. There’s a Grapevine location off of Highway 360 and a location also in Grapevine that had to do a different system for the coupon. Go Loco needs to fix this and provide the machine to them. The manager today gave me the coupon but that other location a year or two ago wouldn’t even give me the discount after I ordered two bowls. I no longer go to that location. Was very happy the manager took care of the situation today. Hope this helps her get this resolved. Google is good about this.

Took 3 minutes for the two lady to come from the back and take my order. One of the ladies looked at me and rolled her eyes than looked at her co worker who than did the same. When she took my order she didn’t give me much in my bowl at that time I was ready to go cause they act like they didn’t want to serve me but for 12 dollar I feel like I didn’t get my money’s worth and the service was bad.

This place has really good fast food at a reasonable price and a nice staff. I love the street tacos and on taco Tuesday, they’re even better! Try a burrito bowl or veggie bowl for the non-meat eaters.

This place is not good, went twice first for the burritos and then got the street tacos. Neither were any good. Won’t be going back.
